What to do if my RevoAce GBC1793W burner will not light using igniter?
    • M
      Matthew BurchAug 14, 2025
If the burner on your RevoAce Grill won't light with the igniter, several factors could be at play. First, ensure the LP gas tank valve is open and the regulator is securely attached. If the tank is low or empty, exchange, refill, or replace it. Check for cooking residue on the wires or electrode and clean them with rubbing alcohol if necessary. Also, wipe dry the electrode and burners if they are wet. For cracked/broken electrodes, loose or disconnected wires, shorting wires, or a bad igniter, replacement parts may be needed, and Customer Care should be contacted.

Why is there no gas flow to my RevoAce GBC1793W?
    • H
      hooperpaigeAug 17, 2025
If there's no gas flow to your RevoAce Grill, start by checking if the LP gas tank is empty and exchange, refill, or replace if needed. Ensure the coupling nut and regulator are fully connected by hand-tightening until a solid stop. Also, clear any obstruction of gas flow in the burner/venturi tube and check for bent or kinked hoses. Reengage the burner to the valve if disengaged. Finally, clean the burner/venturi tube to remove any spider webs or insect nests, and clean any clogged or blocked burner ports.

    • E
      ejacksonAug 31, 2025

Why is the flame yellow or orange on my RevoAce GBC1793W Grill?
    • J
      Justin ArmstrongSep 3, 2025
A yellow or orange flame on your RevoAce Grill can be due to several reasons. If it's a new burner, it may have residual manufacturing oils; burn the grill for 15 minutes on high with the lid closed. Spider webs or insect nests in the venturi can also cause this, so clean the venturi. Additionally, food residue or grease on the burners, or poor alignment of the valve to the burner/venturi tube can be responsible. Clean the burner and ensure the burner/venturi tube is properly engaged with the valve.

Why is the inside of my RevoAce GBC1793W lid peeling?
    • W
      William AguirreSep 10, 2025
