Brake Solenoid Doesn't Function :
Brakes ( STOP ) too weak, too strong, irregular :

Check solenoid coil.
Clean core.
Check relay operating voltage I 27 Vdc I.
Check brake bands, check brake lining.
Clean and degrease.
Measure brake tension per 4.3.
