The record level

operate together on one channel. Two
audio sources
may
be mixed. Only
the scale of the
VU-Meter for the channel in

wiII be
illuminated.
Record
level
controls
Unlike
most
amateur taperecorders, the REVOX
G
36 is fitted with
VU-Meters
calibrated
according to ASA standards, as in
professional
recorders
.
These
meters
require special attention while recording:
Normally control 20 or 22 should be set so that the
pointer
does not reach higher than 0
