A prerequisite for claiming warranty service is that the warranty provider is enabled to examine the warranty case (e.g., by sending in the
goods).
In addition, a rewaco dealer must submit an official warranty application to rewaco before the existing defect is remedied
Important note: This manufacturer's warranty does not restrict your statutory rights in the event of defects, and you may claim these free
of charge. Consequently, any existing statutory warranty rights against us remain unaffected by this warranty promise. This guarantee
promise of the manufacturer therefore does not violate your legal rights, but rather extends your legal position. Should the purchased item
be defective, you may in any case contact your contractual partner within the framework of the statutory warranty.
Wear parts:
e.g., bulbs, air filters, V-ribbed belts, brake pads.
All components whose service life depends on usage behavior are excluded from the warranty about their wear and tear.
Operating fluids:
Engine oil, radiator or brake fluid are generally excluded from the manufacturer's warranty, as are wear parts
Painted and coated vehicle parts:
Warranty claims can only be made on painted and coated vehicle parts if the parts have been properly maintained.
Cracks, stone chips and damage caused by chemical or mechanical influences are excluded from the warranty.
Defects on these parts must be claimed upon vehicle acceptance.
Later complaints are excluded.
