The oil dipstick can be reached in the
engine compartment. You can access it
when you have opened the trunk. (See
page 31)
The oil filler neck (1) and dipstick (2) are
located on the right-hand side. See
pictures.
When checking or filling engine or transmission oil - after using a vehicle - watch out for hot engine parts - risk of fire and injury!
Checking the coolant level
The coolant expansion tank is located in the engine compartment. The coolant level can actually only be checked properly when the engine is switched off. The
cooling system is under pressure! Do not open the cap of the coolant expansion tank when the engine is hot - risk of scalding! If the coolant level drops below the
minimum level, a red LED light flashes and a warning tone sounds at intervals.
Do not open the lid of the coolant expansion tank when the engine is hot - risk of scalding! There is a risk
of injury!
Only fill with coolant that is approved for the trike's engine. (page 42)
