5. How to use the machine
How to turn ON the machine
To start the machine, turn the main switch into ON position. After switching on the
machine, the program is going to be loaded, than it requires to press the green button.
After the green button is pressed the machine starts its initialization. After it is done
the heating turns on. The heat up time is approximately 30 – 40 minutes, depending
on the characteristics of glue.
Since the heat up time of the machine is relative short, therefore don’t turn on the
machine long before the job arrives.
How to turn OFF the machine
Once the job is done on the machine and no other job is standing by, than it is
permitted to switch OFF the machine.
Warning for the users of the machine.
Do not touch the hot glue, it can cause several skin burning injury.
Never forget your hand or any object in the way of the carriage-clamp.
Warning regarding the carriage-clamp.
Do not try to operate the machine without document in the carriage-clamp.
