8. Error codes
E01: Binding unit end micro switch
Electric check:
-
First of all, check the position of the binding unit, that in which position/phase
occurred the problem/error.
-
In case the error appeared during closing but it did not finished the closing
procedure, check the fuse of the motor and the short circuit of the motor.

In case the error appeared after it is closed, then check the micro switch
(binding unit close switch)

In case the error appeared after it is closed but it did not open, and then check
the fuse of the motor and the short circuit of the motor.

In case the error appeared after it is closed and it is opened, and then check
the micro switch (binding unit open switch)
Mechanical check:
-
Check the position of the spring holder „forks” upside or downside.
E02: Carriage clamp opening micro switch
Electric check:
-
Check the fuse of the clamp open/close motor.
- Clamp close sensor’s micro switch is jammed or out of order.
Mechanical check:
-
Check if there is any mechanical blockage.
E03: Carriage clamp closing micro switch
Electric check:
-
Check the fuse of the clamp open/close motor.
- Clamp close sensor’s micro switch is out of order.
- Clamp open end micro switch or it’s diode is out of order.
Mechanical check:
-
Check if there is any mechanical blockage.
