E04: Glue head cover open
Electric check:
-
Close the glue cover, if the error/warning still appear check the position and
the reliability of the micro switch (Glue Cover Open Switch).
Mechanical check:
-
If necessary re-calibrate the position of the micro switch.
E05: Over heating
Electric check:
-
Check the relays of the heating.
-
Check the heating sensor.
-
Check the PLC heating module.
-
Check the temperature value on the display, in case the temperature value
differ more than 10
o
C within few seconds, than contact or heating sensor
error.
E06: Carriage motor or right side micro switch
Electric check:
-
Check the fuse of the carriage clamp
-
Check the inverter if it shows an error than switch of the machine and wait
at least 2 minutes and switch on again. In case the error does not
disappear, the inverter broken.

Check the micro switch contact.
-
Check the left side micro switch, because it still give signal.
Mechanical check:
-
Check the position of the micro switch switching arm, because it does not
give activate the micro switches.
-
Check the gears and chain.
-
Check if there is any mechanical blockage of the carriage clamp.
