Chapter 2 Specifications Test RIGOL
DL3000 Performance Verification Manual
a) Power on DL3031A. Send the following commands via the remote
interface to set the voltage of the input channel, and then enable the
channel input.
/*Sets the voltage range of the
electronic load to 150 V.*/
/*Sets the input voltage of the electronic
load to 18 V.*/
/*Enables the channel input.*/
b) Turn on the digital multimeter. Select the DC voltage (DCV)
measurement function and set the range to "Auto". Make sure that the
electronic load works in CV mode. Read the digital multimeter and
record the reading (U
1
) of the digital multimeter.
c) Send the :MEAS:VOLT? command via the remote interface, read and
record the returned voltage value (U
2
) of the query command.
d) Calculate the CV programming accuracy (|U
1
- U
L
|) and the CV
readback accuracy (|U
2
- U
1
|). Compare them with the specified
specifications in Table 2-8. Wherein, U
L
is the low current value of the
input channel.
(2) Measure the CV programming accuracy and readback accuracy when the
voltage setting value is a rated value.
