Download the RINGconnect app and pair the rear camera with a compatible Ring Smart Dash Cam 3000 or 4000.
Turn on the dashcam to initiate the connection process.
The dashcam automatically broadcasts its own Wi-Fi network for mobile device connection.
Choose the dashcam's Wi-Fi network and enter the password '12345678'.
Press and hold the power button to turn on the dashcamera.
Press the UP arrow for three seconds to access the Wi-Fi hotspot information screen.
Go to the settings menu on your mobile phone.
Select the Wi-Fi or Connections option in your phone's settings.
Connect to the dashcamera's Wi-Fi network using the password shown on the device.
Your mobile device is now successfully connected to the dashcamera.
