The battery charging cycle is a
6 stage process
Desulphation: The desulphation
process can break up sulphation that
has occurred in some batteries over
periods where the battery has been
discharged.
Soft Start: Soft Start gradually
introduces charge to increase battery
life and protect the charger and
vehicle electrics
Bulk: Rapid Charges to 80% of the
battery capacity at a constant current
Absorption: The battery is charged to
100% at a constant voltage of 14.4v
Battery Test: Automated process to
determine battery condition resulting
in either recondition or float stage

Recondition: An additional charging
stage to recondition deeply discharged
batteries
Float: The float stage maintains the
battery at 100% charge without
overcharging or damaging the battery,
enabling the charger to be left
connected over prolonged periods
Le cycle de chargement de la
batterie est un processus qui
comprend 6 phases:
Désulfatation: le processus de
désulfatation permet de défaire la
sulfatation qui s’est produite dans les
batteries durant les périodes de
déchargement.

chargement progressif afin
d’augmenter la durée de vie de la
batterie et de protéger le chargeur et
les circuits électriques du véhicule.

Absorption: la batterie est chargée à
100% avec un voltage constant de
14,4 V.
Vérification de la batterie: processus
automatisé pour déterminer l’état de
