Select 12 or 24 hour time
DST (Daylight Savings Time)
Select ON or OFF
DATE FORMAT
Select DATE-MONTH or MONTH-DATE
UNITS
Select IMPERIAL or METRIC
INVERT LCD
Select ON or OFF to toggle between white, or black
background
SYSTEM RESET
Resets the watch to factory settings
