6. If ignition does NOT occur in 5 seconds, turn the control knob off, wait 5 minutes to allow
gas to dissipate. Repeat the lighting procedure.
7. To turn burner off, turn the control knob clockwise until it locks in the OFF position.
MATCH-LIGHTING
1. Open the lid and make sure control knob is in OFF position.
2. Turn ON gas valve from cylinder.
3. Swing match hole cover to expose match lighting hole. Place lit match into match lighting
hole of appliance as shown below. Make sure lit match is placed inside hole and near
burner.
4. Push in and turn control knob slowly all the way to ON. Be sure burner lights and stays lit.
5. Once lit, swing match hole cover back to its original position. Caution: Cover maybe hot.
