Code 01 & 02: Interruption of the DHW (01) and Heating (02) circuit sensors
1. The sensors (DHW or Heating) are out of order Verify the Ohm-value of the sensors with an Amp-
meter, and change the sensor if broken.
2. Verify the correct sensor – plug connection
3. Verify that the sensor-cable is correct (not broken or worn out)
Code 03 (40-50-90): Pressure of the heating circuit < 0.5 bar
This happens only in LAURA and SARA boilers, not in VICTORIA.
• There is a lack of water in the circuit
1. There is a bad air purge after the first start up and the purged air has dropped the pressure.
2. Manometer failure
Remove the broken manometer.
3. Expansion vessel without pressure
Empty the heating circuit above the boiler, leave the circuit
open and fill up the expansion vessel with an air pump (10.88 psi).
Code 06 (50-60-90): Overheating after flame
• The water inside the heat-exchanger exceeds of 221º F
The overheating sensor opens after the
flame has estinguished.
1. Due to a bad purge, the air inside the heat exchanger does not allows the water temperature to cool-
down.
2. The pump is blocked and the water does not circulates through the heat exchanger.
3. The DHW- flow meter is broken and gives the order to heat up DHW without any real demand. Due to
this, the pump does not turns and the water inside the heat exchanger gets too hot.
