It is also recommended to grind and use
a few grams of coffee every time the
granulometry is altered, this procedure
is useful to eliminate the small amount of
pre-ground coee present in the appliance. If the
machine dispenses coee slowly, the ground coee
is too ne, while if it is too fast, the ground coee is
too coarse. Many factors may inuence the dispens-
ing of coee, including the quality of the coee,
pressing, the adjustment of the espresso machine,
the cleaning of the lters and climatic conditions.
