It is also recommended to grind and use
a few grams of coffee every time the
granulometry is altered, this procedure
is useful to eliminate the small amount of
pre-ground co󰀨ee present in the appliance. If the
machine dispenses co󰀨ee slowly, the ground co󰀨ee
is too ne, while if it is too fast, the ground co󰀨ee is
too coarse. Many factors may inuence the dispens-
ing of co󰀨ee, including the quality of the co󰀨ee,
pressing, the adjustment of the espresso machine,
the cleaning of the lters and climatic conditions.
