Why does the sound break up on my RocketFish RF-MAB2 Headsets?

If the sound breaks up on your RocketFish Headsets, it may be due to obstacles like walls diminishing the operating distance. Try to use your headset as far away as possible from other wireless devices. Cordless phones and wireless network hubs emit radio waves that may interfere with reception. In this case, try resetting your headset. If the problem persists, contact the Rocketfish service center at 800-620-2790.
