      If you're not getting a picture or sound with your Rocketfish Miracast Video Receiver, try these steps: First, ensure the Receiver and your Miracast mobile device are both powered on. Then, bring the devices closer together, keeping in mind the maximum connection distance is about 50 feet. Check that the wireless connection is active and secure. Verify you've selected the correct HDMI input on your TV and that the Receiver is properly connected to both the HDMI and USB ports. Also, make sure the Receiver is getting power. Try switching your Wi-Fi frequency band (from 5 GHz to 2.4 GHz, or vice versa). If you're using a microwave nearby, turn it off.
