What to do if there is no sound from my RocketFish ROCKETBOOST RF-RBREC?
    • M
      Michael TylerJul 31, 2025
First, check that the power indicators on both the Rocketboost wireless sender and receiver are steadily lit. If they're blinking, consult the 'Establishing communication' section on page 17. If pairing fails, ensure only one Rocketboost device has the Hub switch enabled (it will have a green power indicator). Also, verify the volume levels of your wireless speaker or audio sources connected to the sender, ensure all audio cables are correctly connected, and confirm the audio source connected to your wireless sender is on. Finally, check that neither the sender nor receiver is muted; a blinking Source indicator on the receiver indicates it's muted.

    • J
      Jody MartinAug 8, 2025
To maximize the volume, ensure that the volume on your source devices (like A/V receivers or iPods) is turned up to at least 50% of their maximum volume.

How to fix sound interference with RocketFish Receiver?
    • R
      rayrosalesAug 15, 2025
Try these steps to resolve sound interference: * Experiment with different orientations or locations for your wireless sender device. * Ensure your wireless sender is at least 18 inches away from any Wi-Fi routers. * Reduce the distance between the Rocketboost devices (maximum distance is 150 feet, but walls and obstructions can reduce this). * Identify if other devices like cordless phones, microwaves, or wireless routers are causing interference by turning them off one by one. * If a cordless phone or wireless router is causing interference, try changing its channel (refer to its owner's manual for instructions).

What to do if my RocketFish remote will not control the volume on my Receiver?
    • T
      Taylor RichardsonAug 22, 2025
First, ensure you've removed the insulation sheet from the battery tray of the Rocketboost remote. To maximize volume, make sure your source devices (A/V receiver, iPod, etc.) are set to at least 50% of their volume level. If the problem persists, the remote's battery may be dead; try replacing it with a new one.
