Note: The name and registered offices of the company and the date of the hand-over of the goods to the
consumer shall be evident from the issued invoice, which shall be enclosed as an integral part of this
cerficate of warranty.

as the manufacturer/provider of warranty/importer hereby states:
The warranty and warranty claims do not contradict the
customer's rights, regarding the seller’s accountability for
the defects or damages of the merchandise.
shall exclusively apply to the bikes and parts purchased from an authorised Rog seller
shall be valid if the invoices for the performed maintenance and repair services are provided

that the bike will operate without any fault during the warranty period if it is used in accordance
with its purpose and the instrucons for use, and if you perform roune maintenance and repairs;
that, upon your request, if within the warranty period, we will at our own cost eliminate any errors
or deficiencies on the bike causing it not to funcon properly, within the statutory deadline;
that the warranty period will be extended by the period required for the repair;
that any malfunconing bike component that is not repaired within the prescribed deadline will
be replaced with a new one upon your request; a warranty with a one-year warranty period will
be provided for the replaced component.

EXTENDED WARRANTY
The warranty for the frame and the fork may be extended by an addional two years (total warranty
period: 5 years) if the first owner completes a web form for bike registraon. In order to acvate the
warranty upgrade, register your Pony at www.rogbikes.com/registraon within 30 days of purchasing
or receiving the bike. The confirmaon e-mail received upon registraon and the original invoice upon
purchase will serve as proof of the acvated extended warranty. All of the terms and condions arising
from the standard warranty shall also apply to the extended warranty. The collected data shall be
intended exclusively for internal use and will not be provided to third persons. The extension of warran-
ty upon the transfer of ownership shall not be transferable and shall only be valid for the first buyer.

product was sold. Claims arising from the warranty may be
