MESSA IN POSA DELLA PIASTRA DI FONDAZIONE
Nella fase preliminare è indispensabile sapere quale tipo di cremagliera sarà
installata per poter posizionare la piastra di fondazione in modo corretto. Come
esempio si farà riferimento ad una installazione tipo, con la piastra annegata nel
calcestruzzo.
L’automazionepuòessereinstallataindifferentementeadestraoasinistra.Avvitare
4dadida12MAnei4tirantiindotazione,pertuttoilletto,inlarlinei4foridella
piastra di fondazione, bloccarli con altri 4 dadi – vedi g.1
Predisporrelapiazzoladicalcestruzzo,annegarelapiastradifondazionenel
calcestruzzo,perfettamenteinbollaeconlapartelettatadeitiranticompletamente
insupercie.E’importanterispettarelequotetralapiastradifondazione(B) e
la cremagliera (A) come indicato in g.1.Faruscireitubiessibilidell’impianto
elettrico preferibilmente nel foro di destra della piastra di fondazione (vista
dall’interno) g. 2.
POSE DE LA PLAQUE DE FONDATION
Dans la phase préliminaire, il est indispensable de savoir quel type de crémaillère
sera installé pour pouvoir positionner correctement la plaque de fondation.
L’exemple donné se réfère à une installation type, avec la plaque noyée dans le
béton.
L’automationpeutêtreinstalléeindifféremmentàdroiteouàgauche.Visser4
écrousde12MAdansles4tirantsendotation,surlatotalitédulet.Lesenler
dans les 4 trous de la plaque de fondation, les bloquer avec 4 autres écrous – voir
g.1
Noyer la plaque de fondation parfaitement d’aplomb dans le béton avec la partie
letéedestirantscomplètementensurface.Ilestimportantderespecterlescotes
entre la plaque de fondation (B) et la crémaillère (A) comme indiqué sur la g.1.
Fairesortirlestuyauxexiblesdel’installationélectrique,depréférencedansle
trou de droite de la plaque de fondation (vue de l’intérieur) g. 2.

VERIFICHE PRELIMINARI PRIMA DI INSTALLARE
Controllare che il cancello abbia i requisiti necessari per essere
automatizzato:
1- La struttura del cancello sia solida ed appropriata.
2- Le ruote siano in buono stato e ben ingrassate.
3- Ilmovimentomanualesiauidoeregolarepertuttalasuacorsasenza
inceppamenti.
4- I pattini guida superiori siano in perfette condizioni.
5- Laguidaaterrasiabenssataalsuolo,privadiirregolaritàechenonvisia
pericolo di deragliamento.
6- Prevederesempreunfermomeccanicodiarrestoinaperturaechiusura,ben
ssatoalsuolo,dotatodielementoelastico(gomma)conilcompitodiattutireil 
colpodiarresto,incasodiavariadeinecorsaelettrici.
7- Prevederesempreunsistemadisicurezzadiantiribaltamentodell’anta,perché
in caso di oltre corsa dell’anta e rottura del fermo d’arresto in apertura/chiusura,
puòcausaredannidaschiacciamentoapersoneecose.
8- le cerniere siano in buono stato e ben ingrassate.
PRELIMINARY CHECKS PRIOR TO INSTALLATION
Check that the gate has the necessary requirements to be automated
1- The gate structure must be solid and suitable.
2- The wheels must be in good condition and well greased.
3- Manual movement must be smooth and regular without sticking at any point.
4- The upper guide shoes must be in perfect condition.
5-Thegroundrailmustbermlyxedtotheground,freeofirregularitiesand
present no risk of the gate derailing.
6-Gatestopsfortheopenandclosepositionsmustalwaysbeinstalledrmlyxed
tothegroundandttedwitharesilientelement(rubber)todeadentheimpact 
should the limit switches fail.
7- A gate anti-tilting safety system must always be installed, since the gate could
crush or entrap persons or property if there is overtravel or the open/close gate
stop breaks.
8- The hinges must be in good condition and well greased.

4-DieoberenFührungsschuhesindinperfektemZustand.
5-DieBodenführungistfestamUntergrundangebracht,weistkeine
UnregelmäßigkeitenaufundesbestehtkeineGefahr,dassdasTorausden
Schienenfährt.
6-ImmereinenmechanischenEndanschlagfürTor-Auf/Tor-Zuvorsehen,der
festamUntergrundangebrachtist.DieserhatübereinelastischesElement
(Gummi)zuverfügen,dasdieAufgabehat,denAufprallabzudämpfen,solltendie
elektrischen Endschalter defekt sein.
7-GrundsätzlicheinSicherheitssystemgegendasUmkippendesTorügels
vorsehen,dabeiÜberlaufundBrechendesEndanschlagsbeimÖffnen/Schließen
PersonenoderGegenständeeingequetschtwerdenkönnen.
8-DieScharnieremüsseningutemZustandundgutgefettetsein.
CONTRÔLES PRÉLIMINAIRES AVANT L’INSTALLATION
S’assurer que le portail possède les caractéristiques requises pour
être automatisé:
1- Structure du portail solide et appropriée.
2- Roues en bon état et bien graissées.
3-Mouvementmanueluideetréguliersurtoutelacoursesansà-coups.
4-Patinsdeguidagesupérieursenparfaitecondition.
5-Railbienxéausoletdépourvud’irrégularités.Absencederisquede
déraillement.
6-Prévoirtoujoursundispositifmécaniqued’arrêtenouvertureetfermeture,bien
xéausol,dotéd’élémentélastique(caoutchouc)ayantpourfonctiond’amortirle
coupd’arrêtencasdedysfonctionnementdesnsdecourseélectriques.
7-Prévoirtoujoursunsystèmedesécuritépourqueleportail,encasde
dépassement de la course du vantail et de rupture de l’arrêt en ouverture/
fermeture, ne risque basculer et présenter un danger d’écrasement des personnes
ou des choses.
8- Charnières en bon état et bien graissées
CONTROLES PREVIOS ANTES DE LA INSTALACIÓN
Controle que la cancela tenga los requisitos necesarios para ser
automatizada:
1- La estructura de la cancela sea sólida y apropiada.
2- Las ruedas estén en buen estado y bien engrasadas.
3-Elmovimientomanualseauidoycorrectoportodasucarrera,sin
obstrucciones.
4- Los patines de guía superiores se encuentren en perfectas condiciones.
5-Laguíadelsueloestébienjadaalpavimento,sinirregularidades,yqueno
haya peligro de descarrilamiento.
6-Predispongasiempreuntopemecánicodeaperturaycierre,bienjadoalsuelo
ydotadodeelementoelástico(goma),conlafuncióndeamortiguarelchoqueen
casodeaveríadelosnesdecarreraeléctricos.
7-Predispongasiempreunsistemadeseguridadantivuelcodelahoja,para,en
caso de carrera extra de la misma y rotura del tope de apertura/cierre, evitar
dañosporaplastamientoapersonasycosas.
8- Los goznes estén en buen estado y bien engrasados.
CONTROLOS PRELIMINARES ANTES DA INSTALAÇÃO
 Controleseoportãopossuiosrequisitosnecessáriosparaser 
automatizado:
1-aestruturadoportãodevesersólidaeapropriada;
2-asrodasdevemestarembomestadoebemlubricadas;
3-omovimentomanualdeveseruidoeregularemtodooseucursosem
impedimentos;
4-ospatinsdeguiasuperioresdevemestaremperfeitascondições;
5-aguiadeterradeveestarbemxadanopavimento,enãodeveter
irregularidadesenemdevehaverperigodedescarrilar;
6- instale sempre uma segurança mecânica de paragem na abertura e fecho,
bemxadanopavimento,comelementoelástico(borracha)cujafunçãoéade
amortecerabatidadeparagem,emcasodeavariadosnsdecursoeléctricos;
7- instale sempre um sistema de segurança de antiviragem da folha, pois em
caso de ultrapassagem do curso pela folha e ruptura da segurança de paragem
durante a abertura/fecho, pode haver perigo de esmagamento de pessoas ou
coisas;
8-seasdobradiçasestãoembomestadoebemlubricadas;
