What to do if the Rohr MIG-200FI Welding System is producing untidy welds?
    • B
      Brian MartinAug 11, 2025
If your Rohr Welding System is producing untidy welds, make sure the feed speed isn't too fast and the protruding wire isn't too long. Also, ensure that the amp output isn't too high.

What to do if the HF arc-striking sound can be heard but there is no welding output from my Rohr MIG-200FI Welding System?
    • K
      Kevin HicksAug 17, 2025
If you hear the HF arc-striking sound but there's no welding output from your Rohr Welding System, check the torch and ground cables to make sure they're correctly connected and undamaged, replacing any faulty cables with the help of a qualified professional. Verify that the grounding cable is making good contact with the welding object. Also, inspect the end of the tungsten electrode and grind it down to a taper if needed; contaminated electrodes should be ground down.

Why is it hard to strike or maintain an arc with my Rohr MIG-200FI Welding System?
    • T
      Tiffany GuerraSep 4, 2025
If it's hard to strike or maintain an arc with your Rohr Welding System, ensure you're using a high-quality tungsten electrode. Grind the end of the tungsten electrode to a taper, as an unground electrode can make it difficult to strike an arc or cause an unstable arc.
