Why won't my Rolair JC10 reach 125 PSI?

If your Rolair Air Compressor runs but the pump will not reach the top pressure setting of 125 PSI, it could be due to excessive external leaks at the tank drain, regulator, hoses, etc. Use a soap/water solution to identify and correct any leaks. Alternatively, there could be a broken valve, blown gasket, or another internal issue. Inspect the valve plates or take the compressor in for service.
