43) STVLE VARIATION Button
This button is used to select the
Variation pattern of any Music Style.
44) INTRO/ENDING Button
a) Pressing this button while a
Music Style is stopped will start the
Music Style with an appropriate
Intro phrase.
b) Pressing this button while a
Music Style is playing will trigger an
Ending phrase which will
automatically conclude your
performance.
45) START/STOP Button
This button can perform three
different functions:
1) It can start and stop a Music
Style.
2) It can start and stop the
recording and playback of the
internal recorder.
3) It can start and stop the E-38's
demo songs.
46) TEMPO LEDS
47) TEMPO/DATA BUTTONS
These buttons are used to set the
tempo of the selected Style. If the
buttons are pressed simultaneously,
the standard tempo of the selected
style will be reset.
When the SELECT TUNE (48) LED or
the SELECT TRANSPOSE LED (48) is
lit, they allow to modify the master
tuning or transpose interval of the
instrument.
These Buttons are also used to set
the “PITCH BENDER RANGE” value
and the “Scale Tuning” of each note
in the “Oriental Scales”.
48) SELECT TRANSPOSE and SELECT
TUNE Button
This button allows you to change of
the master tuning of the instrument
using the TEMPO/DATA buttons
(47), or the transpose interval in
semitones. When both LEDS are off,
the TEMPO/DATA buttons (47) can
be used to control the playback
tempo.

Mit diesem Taster konnen Sie die
Variation des Music Styles aktivieren.
44) INTRO/ENDING-Taster
a) Wenn Sie diesen Taster drücken,
während der E-38 keine Begleitung
spielt, spielt der E-38 eine zum
Music Style passende Einleitung.
b) Drücken Sie diesen Taster bei
laufendem Music Style, wird eine
zum Music Style gehörige Coda
(Ende) gespielt, deren Länge sich
nach dem gewählten Music Style
richtet.
45) START/STOP-Taster
Dieser Taster besitzt drei Funktionen:
1) Der Music Style kann
gestartet/gestoppt werden.
2) Die Aufnahme/Wiedergabe des
Digital-Recorders kann
gestartet/gestoppt werden.
3) Die Demo-Songs können
gestartet/gestoppt werden.

47) TEMPO/DATA-Taster
Mit diesen Tastern können Sie das
Style-Wiedergabetempo einstellen.
Wenn Sie beide Taster gleichzeitig
drücken, wird wieder das
vorprogrammierte Style-Tempo
aufgerufen.
Wenn die SELECT TUNE- (48) oder
SELECT TRANSPOSE-LED (48)
leuchtet, können Sie mit diesen
Tastern die Stimmung bzw. das
Transpositionsintervall des
Instruments einstellen.
Mit diesen Tastern können Sie auß
erdem das Pitch Bend-Interval sowie
die KBD-SCALE-Stimmung der
einzelnen Noten einstellen (um z.B.
arabische Musik zu spielen).
48) SELECT TRANSPOSE- und
SELECT TUNE-Taster
Mit diesem Taster wählen Sie
entweder die Stimm- (TUNE) oder
die Transponierfunktion _
(TRANSPOSE) an. Zum Ändern des
angewählten Parameterwerts
verwenden Sie bitte die
TEMPO/DATA-Taster (47). Wenn
keine der beiden Dioden leuchtet,
dienen die TEMPO/DATA-Taster zum
Einstellen des Wiedergabetempos.

44) BOUTON INTRO/ENDING
- En pressant ce bouton quand
le style est stoppé, le E-38 joue
une introduction musicale
(Intro) avant le style sélectionné.
- En pressant ce bouton alors que
le style est en cours de reproduction,
le E-38 accomplit un final musical.
45) BOUTON START/STOP
Trois fonctions sont assignées a
ce bouton:
- Il lance/arréte la reproduction
du style.
- Il active/désactive
l'enregistrement/la reproduction
de l'enregistreur intégré.
- Il active/désactive la reproduction
des morceaux de démonstration.
46) DIODES DE TEMPO
47) BOUTONS TEMPO/DATA
Ces boutons fixent le tempo
de reproduction du style choisi.
Le bouton marqué ‘+’ augmente
le tempo et le bouton marque ‘-’
le diminue. Si les boutons sont
pressés simultanément, le tempo
standard (preset) du style est
instantanément rappelċ.
Quand la diode SELECT TUNE ou
la diode SELECT TRANSPOSE (48)
est allumée, ils servent à regler
la hauteur du son ou a transposer
l'instrument. Ces boutons sont
utilisés aussi pour donner la
valeur "Pitch Bender Range" et
l'intonation de chaque degré
des sonorités orientales.
48) BOUTON DE TRANSPOSITION
(SELECT TRANSPOSE) ET HAUTEUR
DU SON (SELECT TUNE)
Ce bouton permet de sélectionner
si modifier l'accordage global
de l'instrument par les boutons
TEMPO/DATA (47), ou modifier
la transposition en quarts de ton.
Quand les deux diodes sont
éteintes, les boutons TEMPO/DATA
(47) peuvent étre utilisés pour régler
le tempo d'éxecution d'un style.
