What to do if my Roland GO-61K has no sound?
    • P
      Patrick HolmesAug 7, 2025
If there is no sound coming from your Roland Electronic Keyboard, first, check if your amp, speakers, or headphones are correctly connected. Also, ensure that the volume isn't turned down. If you're still not hearing anything, the interactive chord function might be activated; turn it off, as it dedicates the leftmost two octaves to chord input, preventing them from producing sound.

If your Roland Electronic Keyboard's power turns on unexpectedly, try installing fresh batteries. Also, remember that if you're using an AC adapter with batteries installed, the AC adapter takes priority. Disconnecting and reconnecting the power cord or DC plug while the unit is on can also cause the power to cycle. If you prefer to use batteries, disconnect the AC adapter from the unit.
