Added effect types
This is distortion/overdrive that has dual mono specifications with noise suppressor.
The DISTORTION/OVERDRIVE selection button enables use as either distortion or overdrive.

LEVEL (effect level) 0 – 100 Level of effect sound
TONE (tone) -50 – 50 Adjusts tone
GAIN (gain) 0 –100 Adjusts amount of distortion
THRESHOLD (threshold level) 0 – 100 Adjust the threshold level of the noise suppressor
DECAY (decay) 0 –100
Adjusts the decay time when the input level for the noise
suppressor falls below the threshold level

[ F1 (ON A) ] DISTORTION A on/off
[ F4 (ON B) ] DISTORTION B on/off
