Assemble the Front Wheels
1. Locate the washers and wheel nuts on either side of the front
axle.
2. Slide a washer and front wheel onto the axle.
3. Slide a wheel nut onto the axle, then use the hex wrench to
tighten.
4. Snap on the wheel cover by aligning the tabs on the cover with
the slots on the wheel.
5. Repeat these steps for the other front wheel.
