2. Locate the RCP-QE you want to add to DashBoard and configure the following information if necessary:
• Name – double click inside the cell to enter a name for the RCP-QE.
The default is RCP-QE.
• Address – double click inside the cell to enter an IP address for the RCP-QE.
The default is 192.168.20.130.
• Netmask – double click inside the cell to enter an IP netmask for the RCP-QE.
The default is 255.255.255.0.
• Gateway – double click inside the cell to enter an IP gateway for the RCP-QE.
The default is 192.168.20.1.
3. In DashBoard, click File > New > NK-IPS Connection.
The NK-IPS Connection window opens.

4. In the IP Address box, enter the IP address of the RCP-QE you want to add to DashBoard.
5. Use the Port list to select a port number.
The default is 5000. If the port number is changed in Walkabout, the port number in the NK-IPS Connection
window must be configured to reflect this change.
6. Click Finish.
The NK-IPS Connection window closes and the RCP-QE is added to the devices listed in the Basic Tree
View.
