X3 is designed to assist with your individual mobility
needs. Any usage outside of the guidelines in this manual may
result in damage to the chair or injury to the user or third party.
First Time Use
Before using your ROVI
®
X3 power wheelchair for the first time, you must charge the batteries
fully (refer to Battery Charging Instructions). It is recommended to charge your batteries for 12
hours. Charging the batteries completely prior to first time use will increase battery efficiency and
battery life.
Before you operate your power wheelchair, check all systems
· WARNING Proper training on safety, operation, and maintenance are essen-
tial and can potentially decrease the frequency of power wheel-
chair breakdowns and accidents.

X3, making sure it is clean and ready for use.
Keep loose items or lap covers away from the wheels.
Turn off the joystick controller when you have finished using the
power wheelchair and immediately charge the battery.
