Ensure iron is unplugged, steam control left, tilt iron, fill to max mark.
Use regular tap water; mix with distilled if water is hard.
Do not use battery water, starch, perfume, or descaling liquids.
Never iron worn clothes. Fill and heat iron before first use.
Do not use descaling agents; they can damage the steam chamber.
Flush mineral deposits by filling, heating, unplugging, and using steam lever.
Hot water and steam ejected; take precautions and hold iron away.
Set dial to min, slide lever to no steam, unplug, and empty water.
Wipe clean when cold. Use a soleplate kit for build-up.
Check plug, temperature setting, or auto-off engagement.
Check water level, steam setting, or anti-drip function.
Check water quality, rinse garments, or avoid burst overuse.
Check water type (avoid pure distilled/softened), overfilling, or inlet cover.
Auto-off has engaged; move or shake iron to reactivate.
