5.3 - Hoisting the Mainsail

Shackle the main halyard to
the head of the mainsail.
Hoist the mainsail by pulling on the
line which comes out of the port
side of the mast.
Put the top of the main sail into the opening in the
mast track, just above the gooseneck.
