already attached. Pull on outhaul tension with this line then
cleat it o.

Add the clew strap.
Attach the outhaul to the clew of the sail.
Attach the tack strap around the mast
before adjusting the outhaul
NOTE: Do not attach the main sail to the
shackle on the goosneck.
