CASCADING MULTIPLE AD-8X UNITS
It is possible to expand the number of output zones by cascading up to eight
AD-8x Audio Distribution Systems together. This allows audio from up to eight
sources to be distributed to as many as 64 zones.
NOTE: In order to control multiple AD-8x units using IR commands, each AD-
8x must have a unique ID number. Set the ID by using the 3 switches and ID
assignment grid on the rear of each unit. Control via RS-232 and IP do not
require this step.
Source Cabling to Multiple AD-8x - Loop Outs
The loop output connections allow sources to be extended to the source input
on additional AD-8x units.
