  If your Runva winch motor isn't turning on, start by ensuring the Switch Assembly is fully inserted into the connector. Next, check and tighten all nuts on the battery cable connections. If the issue persists, the Switch Assembly may be defective and need replacement. Also, check the motor for voltage at the armature port when the switch is pressed; if voltage is present, the motor may be defective and require replacement. Finally, check the motor for water; if present, allow it to drain and dry, then run it in short bursts without load until completely dry.
