The promoter used will cause immediate and permanent adhesion on contact with the 3M tape so be sure to TAKE YOUR TIME.
You must get it right the first time for a guaranteed trouble-free installation.
For best results, attach your lights within one hour or less after the promoter has been applied.
Install the Front & Rear Wheel Kit
There are (2) 9-LED strips with 72” connector wires for the Front Wheel, and (2) 9-LED strips with 6” connector wires for the Rear
Wheel. The strips for the front wheel will go on the inner side of the left and right fork tubes shining into the wheel. The strips for
the rear wheel will go on the inner sides of the left and right sides of the frame or swing arm shining into the wheel. Clean the
mounting surface with the supplied alcohol towels first. Once the alcohol dries, use the supplied 3M adhesion promoter to prepare
the surface where you’ll be attaching the strips. The 3M adhesion promoter is used to enhance the adhesion strength of the 3M
tape on the back of the light strips and makes a permanent bond. YOU CANNOT SKIP THIS STEP. Always apply 3M Promoter to any
surface LED strips will be mounted. Note - Do not get the promoter on your hands. Let the promoter dry before proceeding.
We suggest you position the LED strip before removing the tape backing. When ready, remove a small amount of tape backing from
one end of the strip while holding it in position. Continue to peel it off and press as you go to ensure the tape doesn’t stick
prematurely to the wrong place. DO NOTput excess pressure on the resistors or on the LEDs when mounting them down. Always try
to connect 2 strips together with a “Y-Connector”, then the “Y-Connector” to an 18” or 36” extension wire whenever possible then
connect the extension wire(s) to the Remote-Control Box.

Install the Wireless Remote-Control System
Place the Remote-Control Box as close to your battery as possible. Connect the Black (Negative) wire to the Negative terminal of your battery.
Connect the Red (Positive) wire to one wire of the in-line Fuse Holder and the other wire of the in-line Fuse Holder to the Positive terminal of your
battery. (See picture below) Put a fuse in the fuse holder.
Now you are ready to test the strips. You have (3) connectors on the Remote-Control Box. To expand this, you must use the “1 to 5 Connectors” or
a “Y-Connector”. When you push the Male/Female Connectors together be careful that the “pins” of each connector line up. Do not force them
together!
Press the “Upper Left” button of the Remote-Control Key Fob to turn the lights ON and OFF. Press the “Upper Right” button to view the 16
Functions of the Controller. Press the “Lower Right and Lower Left” buttons to change the speed of the Fade, Flashing, and Strobe Functions.
Once you have tested all the strips and confirmed they work properly you are now ready to connect them.
PLEASE NOTE: Your warranty is VOID if you connect the LEDs directly to the battery without using the In-Line Fuse Holder & 5A Fuse included in
this kit. Beware of FIRE Hazard if connected incorrectly or without using the In-Line Fuse Holder & 5A Fuse. Always use 5A or smaller. We are not
responsible if you do not install according to our instructions.
