PRESSURE COOKER FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. Which coating is used for the inner pot?
This appliance has a stainless-steel housing and an aluminum inner pot.
2. How do you assemble/disassemble the unit for pressure cooker functions?
The appliance comes fully assembled with the Float Valve, Pressure Release Valve,
and Block Proof Cover. Please refer to the previous instructions on how to
disassemble the removable parts of the pressure cooker lid for cleaning purposes
and assembling after cleaning.
3. How long does it take for the unit to reach full pressure and for the clock to
start with the countdown?
When the unit is at the pre-set pressure and temperature, the “rotating effect” on the
LED display will stop and the clock will begin to countdown. The time is dependent
on volume, concentration, and ratio of solid to liquid in the inner pot – generally 5 to
40 minutes.
4. Can you change the pre-set function time from the default setting?
Yes, you can increase the cooking times. There are pre-programmed settings that
have a pre-determined time but can still be increased or decreased. Select TIMER
mode to specifically increase/decrease cooking time to suit your cooking preference.
