RIGHT TO COMPLAINT
• Applicable law states that when a claim is made, the product shall be returned to the point of
purchase with a typed receipt attached.
• The user is liable for any damage to the product if the product is used for purposes other than
intended or when the operating instructions are not followed. In such cases, the right to make a
complaint does not apply.
