Why won't my Ryobi Brush Cutter engine start?
- KKyle BrewerJul 26, 2025
If your Ryobi Brush Cutter engine won't start, there are several possible causes: * The On/Off control may be in the STOP position. If so, turn the On/Off control to ON. * The fuel tank may be empty. If so, fill the fuel tank with new fuel. * The primer bulb may not have been pressed enough. If so, press the primer bulb fully and slowly 10 times. * The fuel may be old. If so, drain the gas tank and add fresh fuel. * The spark plug may be fouled. If so, replace or clean the spark plug. * The spark arrestor may be plugged. If so, clean or replace the spark arrestor.
