Bottom LED flashing Battery is 0-1/3 charged
Bottom LED on, center LED flashing Battery is 1/3 - 2/3 charged
Bottom and center LEDs on, top LED flashing Battery 2/3 charged - fully charged
All LEDs flashing Defective battery
Bottom LED flashes once every 5 seconds
Charger plugged in, no battery pack in port; or,
charger is in sleep mode
Bottom and center LED flashing Battery temperature is below 0ºC or above 55ºC
All LEDs on Fully charged
