The lawnmower features a self-propel speed slider and lever, a start button, and on/off triggers. It has one-touch folding handles for easy storage and transport, and a height adjustment lever for setting the cutting height. Worn or damaged parts should be replaced in sets to maintain balance. The grass catcher should be checked frequently for wear or deterioration. All nuts, bolts, and screws need to be checked at frequent intervals for proper tightness.
Before any adjustments, cleaning, or material removal, the product must be turned off, the isolator key removed, and the battery pack disconnected. All moving parts must come to a complete stop. When servicing blades, heavy-duty gloves should be worn due to their sharpness. A piece of wood can be inserted into the cutting deck to prevent the blade from spinning when loosening or tightening the blade nut. The blade nut should be hand-tightened until the blade is secured, then further tightened by 1/2 turn using a spanner (35-40 Nm torque).
After each use, plastic parts should be cleaned with a soft, dry cloth. The product should not be cleaned with water. Any damaged parts should be repaired or replaced by an authorised service centre. For storage, the product should be cooled down, foreign materials removed, and stored in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place inaccessible to children and away from corrosive agents. The product can be stored vertically after folding the handle and placing the folded grass catcher on top.
The manual also emphasizes general safety warnings, including wearing safety glasses, ear protection, non-slip heavy-duty footwear, and long trousers. It warns against operating the product while tired, ill, or under the influence of substances, and advises keeping children and pets at least 15m away from the operating area.
