Pull the starter rope and look for a spark at the plug tip. If there's no spark, try again with a new spark plug. Another reason could be lack of fuel. Push the primer bulb until it fills with fuel. If it doesn't fill, the fuel delivery system may be blocked, and you should contact a servicing dealer. Alternatively, the engine might be flooded. To fix this, set the start lever to the START position, squeeze the trigger, and repeatedly pull the rope until the engine starts. Be aware that it could take many pulls. If the starter rope pulls harder than usual, contact a servicing dealer.

Set the engine switch to the on position. 3. Press the primer bulb 10 times slowly. 4. Set the choke lever to the START position. 5. Pull the starter rope with a quick, firm, and consistent upward motion until the engine starts or fires. 6. Readjust the choke lever halfway and let the engine warm up for 5-20 seconds. If the engine tries to start but doesn't run, restart it in the half choke position and let it warm up. 7. Squeeze the throttle trigger to disengage the fast idle, which will automatically adjust the choke to the run position.
