PULL the starter rope with a quick firm and consistent upward motion until the engine starts/fires. 6. Re-adjust choke lever to half way and allow engine to warm up for 5-20 seconds. If the engine has attempted to start but fails to run on, Re-start the engine in the half choke position and allow engine to warm up. 7. Squeeze throttle trigger to disengage the fast idle (which automatically adjusts choke to run position).
