3.3 Emergency Procedures
In the event of a GPSS Converter malfunction, proceed as follows:
1. Disconnect the autopilot.
2. Regain control of the aircraft.
3. Do Not attempt to use the GPSS Converter's HDG mode or GPSS mode.
4. Do Not attempt to use the autopilot's HDG mode.
Note:
It may be possible to use other autopilot roll modes (i.e., NAV, APR, REV, STB,
LO TRK, HI TRK).
