TROUBLESHOOTING
No sound
1. Please check if the speaker is charged or connected to power
2. Try to increase volume in the ‘Volume/ON’ dial. You increase
volume by turning clockwise.
3. Try to turn up volume on the device connected to the speaker.
4. If connected by line in, please check if mini jack is properly inserted.
No charging
1. Please check if charger is fully connected.
Failed Bluetooth connection
1. Please check if speaker is in pairing mode (blinking ‘AUX/Bluetooth’
LED).
2. If you are not in pairing mode, double click the source button as this
will disconnect any unit and start pairing again.
3. The units must be within 8 meters of each other.
