EXTRACTING ESPRESSO
Insert the Portalter into the Group Head & lock
into position. Turn the Control Dial to the ‘Espresso’
position. After a few seconds, coee will begin to
brew into the cup.
When sucient coee has owed into the cup, turn
the Control Dial to ‘Standby’. Sage
®
recommends
approx. 30 sec of extraction.
NOTE
For optimal avour when using a 1 CUP
lter, you should extract approx. 30ml.
When using a 2 CUP lter, you should
extract approx. 60ml.
NOTE
If machine is run continuously for
30 minutes, allow machine to cool for
5 minutes before each use.
WARNING
The metal parts of the portalter
will be very hot.
