Why won't my Sage Smart Grinder Pro BCG820 grinder start?

If your Sage Coffee Maker grinder doesn't start after pressing the START / PAUSE / CANCEL button, there might be a few reasons. First, ensure the grinder is properly plugged into a power outlet. If it's plugged in, the grinder may have overheated; unplug it and allow it to cool down for 20 minutes before trying again. Lastly, check that the bean hopper is correctly attached. The LCD screen will display ‘PLEASE LOCK HOPPER’ if it isn't. Lock the bean hopper into the correct position.
