●Inadvance,makeathinholeonthecowlingtoinsertthechokebar/
slowneedleadjustmentbar.
●Whenchoke,besuretoturnofftheswitchoftheignitionsystem.
●Asshowninthefig,passthechokebar(withM3.5threadonitstip)
thoroughtheholeonthecowling.Thenturnthebartoinsertintothe
M3.5internalthreadatthecenterofthethrottlelever.
●Pullthechokebarandfixitwithacliporclampwithfullthrottleas
showninthefigsothatitmaynotgobacktothepreviousposition.
●Graspthepropbyhandandturnittotheforwarddirection(CCW)for
severaltimes,untilthecarburetorgenerateshissing-likesound.After
hearingthissoundforabout5times,quicklyflickthepropbycrackingit
some10times.Thenchokingisdone.
●Afterthat,removethechokebar.Afterthat,powerontheignitionsystemandflickthepropquicklytostarttheengine.

●Prop-recommendation:APC-22x10forBreak-in.
●Use15:1oilmixedfuelforBreak-in.
●NevermakethefuelmixtureleanduringBreak-in.
Itcouldcauseseizureevenduringidlingorlowspeedrunning.
●Beforestarttheengine,openthemainneedleApprox.3turns
openfromfullclose.
●Starttheengine(usingastarterisrecommendedforsafe).
●Runforabout10secondsinlowspeedtowarmup.
●Openthrottlegraduallyuptooverhalfopen,inthemeantimeopenthe
mainneedlesometurns.Continuetoopenthemainneedleuntilthe
speeddropandgetsdull,wherethethrottleopenedoverhalf.
●Ifitcannotmakerichbyopeningbymainneedle(rpmdoesnʼtdrop),
thenopenslowneedletoo.
