HOW TO MAKE SLUSH ICE
NOTE: Before use, please thoroughly wash and wipe o all components that come
into contact with liquid, including evaporator, loading barrel, mixing blade, etc. Before
cleaning, it is necessary to ensure that the power cord plug is disconnected from the
socket. When using the machine, please keep it at on a horizontal surface to ensure that
the compressor of the machine is working properly.
Here are the steps to make slush ice.
STEP 1.
Before pouring ingredients into the loading barrel, check the barrel to ensure that it is
properly attached. (For disassembly steps, refer to Chapter 6) Remove the lid of the barrel
and slowly pour the ingredients into the barrel (as shown in Figure 1), paying attention to
the liquid capacity between the lowest and highest water levels (as shown in Figure 2).
