b. SLUSH ICE mode
Touch the settings button , select the menu on the display screen, enter
SLUSH ICE MODE , short press the temperature adjustment / button to adjust the
desired temperature, adjust the temperature range in sorbet mode from -1.9 °C to -4.5
°C, then press the start/pause button, and the whole machine will start working.
THE CONSISTENCY OF THE SLUSH ICE DEPENDS ON DIFFERENT CONSUMERS PREFERENCES.
CAUTION
If it is necessary to adjust the softness and hardness of the sorbet during the production
process, you can adjust the temperature according to the needs by pressing the
temperature adjustment / button. After the temperature adjustment is completed,
the screen will display the actual temperature of the current barrel after 5 seconds. It is not
recommended to adjust it too low, otherwise the sorbet will be too hard, resulting in no
discharge or motor protection.
c. Cleaning mode
Touch the settings button , select the menu on the display screen, enter the
mixing without cooling/cleaning mode, then press the start/pause button, and the mixing
motor will start working. The default working time is 30 minutes.
d. LED light
Touch the light button to turn on the light, then touch to turn o the light.
e. Fahrenheit and Celsius conversion
On the menu screen, press and hold down the and buttons simultaneously
for 3 seconds to switch between Fahrenheit and Celsius.
3. PROTECTION FUNCTION
Button accidental touch protection: In order to prevent you from accidentally touching
buttons and buttons during operation, the machine needs to be paused or turned o,
and the button must be touched for 2 seconds.
b. Motor protection function: In sorbet mode, in order to prevent the possibility of setting
the temperature too low or temperature sensor failure, the sorbet becomes harder or
appears, and the mixing motor may become stuck. At this time, the PCB will monitor
the motor and automatically stop working to ensure the lifespan of the mixing motor.
c. Compressor protection function: To prevent frequent starting of the compressor, press
the start/pause button once during the refrigeration process, and the compressor will
have about 3 minutes of protection time. However, when the power cord is unplugged
and the machine is restarted, it defaults to restarting, and there is no delay at this time.
d. Cooling barrel component detachment protection device: To prevent the compressor
and mixing motor from running abnormally and causing harm to human health after the
loading barrel falls o or is removed, the loading barrel component has a contact
switch with the machine body, and the display screen shows ”OPEN” after the loading
barrel component falls o or is removed.
e. Keep cold state protection of the whole machine: After the machine enters the
keep cold state for 4 hours, the machine exits keep cold state and enters
