How to troubleshoot no lights on Salon Systems Personal Care Products T-Max® Mgr/Plus?
    • D
      Derrick AndersonAug 16, 2025
If no lights are illuminated on your Salon Systems Personal Care Products T-Max® Mgr/Plus, ensure the transformer is securely plugged into both the wall and the power input of the T-Max® Mgr/Plus. Try a different outlet, and if you're using a surge suppressor or UPS, plug directly into the wall. Also, verify that the circuit breaker in your building is on. Use a voltmeter to check the transformer voltage at the T-Max® Mgr/Plus connection.

What to do if only some beds show on Salon Systems Personal Care Products T-Max® Mgr/Plus?
    • N
      Nathan WebsterAug 19, 2025
If, when you power on your Salon Systems Personal Care Products T-Max® Mgr/Plus, only beds 1-5 are displayed, go through the Quick Installation. Ensure that power is supplied and modular cables are properly connected to each T-Max®3A/F/I. Try using a new modular cable between the last T-Max®3A/F/I that is displayed and the first one that is not showing up on the T-Max® Mgr/Plus in the daisy chain. If a spare cable isn't available, swap the cable between the last displayed T-Max®3A/F/I and the first undisplayed one with a modular cable that connects two T-Max®3A/F/Is that appear on the display.
