OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
NOTE: Do not use this product to heat water. Never plug the control panel into
a wall socket if it is not installed in the outer housing.
1. Place the deep fryer on a dry, stable surface.
2. Remove the lid from the deep fryer and take out the accessories.
3. Fill the deep fryer with the required amount of oil or fat. The level of the oil or fat
should be above the minimum mark and below the maximum mark. Do not mix
different kinds of oil and / or fat.
